The Bonvent LED Headlight Cowl is designed for Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 riders who want a cleaner cockpit, a more modern front-end look and a compact LED headlight conversion.
This kit replaces the original headlight area with a smaller 5.75-inch LED headlight and front indicator relocation brackets. The result is a tidier front end with less visual bulk around the headlight, indicators and speedometer area.
Unlike a simple headlight cover, this is a front-end lighting conversion. It is made for riders who want to modify the Interceptor 650 headlight area, improve the custom look of the bike and reorganize the cockpit layout.
The original Interceptor 650 front end is simple, but the stock headlight bracket, large headlight and speedometer position can look visually heavy on a custom build.
This LED headlight cowl changes the front-end layout. It reduces the size of the headlight and places the front indicators in a cleaner, lower position under the fork area. For the cleanest cockpit result, the original speedometer should be relocated using the optional speedometer relocation mount.
The stock speedometer cannot stay in its original position with this LED headlight cowl. The cockpit must be reorganized using the optional speedometer relocation mount, or with a compatible custom speedometer setup.
Some customers have created their own custom speedometer mounts, but Bonvent does not provide support for homemade or non-standard mounting solutions.
The included 5.75-inch LED headlight is smaller than the original Interceptor 650 headlight and gives the front of the motorcycle a more compact custom look.
It is designed to modernize the lighting setup and improve the front-end appearance while keeping a classic round-headlight style. The LED headlight angle can be adjusted during installation to help set the beam position correctly.
To install the Bonvent LED Headlight Cowl, the original headlight bracket must be removed. This requires loosening the screws around the fork area so the original bracket can be carefully slid upward and removed from the motorcycle.
This step is straightforward for an experienced home mechanic, but we recommend having a second person help during the operation to support and stabilize the motorcycle while the front-end parts are being handled.
This kit is designed primarily for the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650. On the Interceptor 650, the installation is designed to be clean and reversible, while keeping the original ignition key switch and steering lock system.
Installation on a Continental GT 650 is possible only with front-end modifications. GT 650 riders generally need to change the handlebar and upper triple clamp / T-fork area before fitting this setup. It is not a plug & play GT 650 headlight kit.
This product is both a compact LED headlight conversion and a headlight cowl. It replaces the original headlight area with a smaller LED unit and a painted cowl structure.
If you want to keep the original 7-inch headlight and simply add a compact front cowl around it, choose the Headlight Cowl for Interceptor 650 & GT 650 instead.
