Refund policy

We want customers to be satisfied with their Bonvent Motorbikes parts. If you need to return a product, please read the conditions below before sending anything back.

Return period

Customers may request a return within 15 days after receiving their order.

Return conditions

Returned products must be new, unused, uninstalled and in their original condition, with no marks, scratches, damage or signs of fitting.

Products must be returned with their original packaging, accessories, hardware and documentation when applicable.

Non-refundable costs

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to an error from Bonvent Motorbikes.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and local charges paid by the customer are not refundable by Bonvent Motorbikes.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the return parcel until it is received by Bonvent Motorbikes.

How to request a return

Before returning a product, please contact us with your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the return.

Products returned without prior contact may take longer to process.

Inspection and refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will inform the customer whether the return is accepted.

If accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product, packaging and order details.

Installation and compatibility

Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before installation. If you are unsure whether a part fits your motorcycle, please contact the Bonvent team before ordering or installing the product.
