Order processing time

Products available in stock are usually prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.

If a product is temporarily unavailable or requires additional preparation time, the customer will be contacted by email with an estimated delay.

Shipping carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as Colissimo and DHL, depending on the destination, parcel size and shipping option selected at checkout.

Delivery times
