Scrambler Tank Cover for Interceptor 650 & Bear 650
Product overview
The Bonvent Tank Cover is made for Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Bear 650 riders who want to transform the look of the original fuel tank without replacing it.
Compatibility
Fitment: Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Bear 650.
Not compatible with Continental GT 650: this tank cover does not fit the original Continental GT 650 tank.
Scrambler-Style Tank Transformation
This tank cover fits over the original fuel tank and gives the motorcycle a wider, more distinctive scrambler-style look. It is designed for Interceptor 650 scrambler builds, Bear 650 custom projects, adventure-inspired motorcycles and custom Royal Enfield 650 builds.
Original Tank and Fuel Cap Access
The original fuel tank remains in place. The original fuel cap is also kept underneath the cover, and the cover cap can be unscrewed to access the original filler cap when refuelling.
Mounting and Paint Preparation
The tank cover is mounted with a metal bracket fixed at the front of the motorcycle frame and at the two fuel tank screws under the seat. This gives the cover a stable and secure fit while keeping the modification reversible.
Important: this part is sold unpainted, in raw black gelcoat. It must be prepared and painted by the customer or by a professional painter before final installation.

Product guide
A tank cover for Interceptor 650 and Bear 650 scrambler builds
Many Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Bear 650 riders want a custom tank look without replacing the original fuel tank. A paint job or tank wrap can change the colour, but it does not change the shape or the volume of the motorcycle visually.
The Bonvent Tank Cover solves this by fitting over the original fuel tank. It gives the motorcycle a wider scrambler and adventure-style silhouette while keeping the original tank underneath.
A stronger alternative to a tank wrap or tank skin
Some riders search for an Interceptor 650 tank wrap, tank skin, custom tank design or modified tank. This product is different: it is a physical tank cover that changes the shape and presence of the tank, not only its surface finish.
It is made for riders who want a real custom tank effect while keeping the original Royal Enfield tank, gauge, fuel cap and wiring in place.
Original tank kept, fuel cap still accessible
The original fuel tank stays on the motorcycle. The tank cover sits above it and uses its own cover cap, which can be unscrewed to access the original fuel filler cap underneath.
This keeps the fuel capacity, fuel gauge and original tank functions unchanged while giving the motorcycle a much stronger custom scrambler look.
Sold unpainted in raw black gelcoat
This tank cover is sold unpainted, in raw black gelcoat. It must be prepared, sanded and painted by the customer or by a professional painter before final installation.
This gives the rider full freedom to match the cover with the motorcycle colour, create a scrambler paint design or build a completely custom Interceptor 650 or Bear 650 tank style.
Fitment and GT 650 compatibility
This tank cover fits Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Bear 650. It is not compatible with the original Continental GT 650 tank because the tank shape is different.
A Continental GT 650 can only use this cover if the motorcycle has been converted with a compatible Interceptor 650-style tank setup. It is not a direct fit on a stock GT 650 tank.
Made for scrambler and adventure-style builds
This tank cover is designed for riders building an Interceptor 650 or Bear 650 with a stronger scrambler, custom or adventure-inspired identity.
It works especially well with custom seats, side covers, high front mudguards, compact lighting setups and other Royal Enfield custom parts that push the motorcycle away from its original roadster look.
